Some pet owners just aren’t satisfied with the usual run of the mill dog names like Rover or Spot. They prefer to rely on their inner creativity to construct a moniker that will make people stop in their tracks and exclaim “You named your dog what?!”
VPI Pet Insurance has carefully combed over their list of over 470,000 insured pets to find the top most unique cat and dog names. It is clear that there was a lot of thought put into some of these… and a lot of humor as well. Some of our staff favorites around Dog Tag Art are “Ninjastar Dangerrock”, “Admiral Pancake”, and “Lord Chubby Pruneface”.
Here are the top ten most unique cat and dog names for this year. Some will have you laughing and some will have you shrugging your shoulders but all are rather entertaining.
