Target: Rick Clark, Sheriff of Pickens County, Alabama
Goal: Charge abusers who reportedly took a young puppy and used him as a bait dog.
Chase Davidson experienced every owner’s worst nightmare. In Pickens County, Alabama, Davidson’s two dogs went missing, and only one of them came back. A month after they went missing, someone came up to Davidson and showed him a video of his beloved puppy Snoop being dragged off by the neck by a pit bull. Snoop was reportedly taken and used as a bait dog.
Snoop was barely six months old. Police have already arrested Calvin Hinton for the alleged crime, however, there were reportedly two men in the video. The sheriff’s department needs to find the other man involved and prosecute both of the abusers reportedly involved in this heinous crime. Dog fighting is cruel and disgusting. Demand that Snoop receive the justice he deserves and both of his alleged killers be prosecuted.
Dear Sheriff Clark,
Two dogs escaped from their home, but only one returned. The two dogs were Avery and her young puppy Snoop. Their owner Chase Davidson was devastated when only one of the dogs returned home. Davidson later discovered the reason Snoop didn’t come back— he was reportedly killed in a dogfight. This poor six-month-old puppy was reportedly used as a bait dog. Davidson watched a video that allegedly showed his young puppy whimpering as he was dragged off by a pit bull.
This reported animal abuse is disgusting and needs to be punished. This puppy was defenseless and didn’t stand a chance. One of the men allegedly involved has been charged, but another man shown in the video has not been found. We urge the Pickens County Sheriff’s office to find the other man reportedly involved in this disgusting act of animal abuse and prosecute both men reportedly involved in the death of Snoop.
Sincerely,[Your Name Here]
