Best Behavior at the top of your New Year’s Resolutions List with a FREE Puppy
If you’re looking for help treating your dog’s
behavior issue, or just interested in a bonding activity for you and your best
friend, a dog training class is something to consider. On January 27th,
Essentials PetCare will host a free dog training class taught by certified dog
trainer, Christen Cupler from Smarty Paws K9 University. The class will focus
on common behavior issues, such as incessant barking, separation anxiety, and
destructive chewing, and will discuss how to curb these behaviors.
“Since behavior problems and human-canine bond issues are
major factors leading to the surrender of dogs to shelters,” says
Cupler, owner and founder of Smarty Paws K9 University, “dog training is
something every dog owner should consider.”
The program is free and open to dogs who are 19 weeks of age
or older and fully vaccinated (at least 3 weeks after the dog received the last
vaccine series); the program is best for young dogs (less than one year). All
participants must register in advance and provide proof of vaccination
“One of our founding principles is to educate pet parents about responsible pet care,” says Dr. Douglas Spiker, President and co-founder of Essentials PetCare, “we are proud to partner up with Smarty Paws K9 University for this special event.”
